In our Sales team in Albertslund, Denmark, you will meet 10 area sales managers who each handle their own portfolio of distributors and importers. Your new colleagues are anchored in our industry and take pride in working with our brands, showing up to work with great energy.

Be responsible for importers in the Nordic & Baltic regions.

You will be responsible for developing your portfolio and achieving annual targets in terms of market share, volumes and margins. Managing all aspects of the wholesale pipeline, your aim is to grow our market share and profitability in a sustainable way, liaising closely with our importers in the Nordics and Baltics regions. You will be their first line of contact for all questions, which you will adopt or delegate to supporting departments accordingly.

In this role, you will also work in detail with our products, allowing you to gain specialist knowledge and carry out training of external salespeople. You will also get to travel approximately 60 days per year around your territory to meet importers and lead sales through their staff. 

Specifically, you will:

  • Create annual business plans with our business partners and continuously analyse and evaluate the performance and market penetration
  • Develop and implement suitable sales and marketing initiatives together with the marketing team and coordinate all activities with central functions (Marketing, Sales Admin, Finance and After Sales)
  • Evaluate market potential, competition, and trends and propose necessary actions as well as identify new business opportunities and look for business solutions which match market requirements
  • Drive the consolidation of new importer branches to maximize sales in corporation with importer management and develop the business opportunities in consolidated distributions
  • Support the implementation of dealer standards programme and ensure a continued focus on strengthening brand equity


Solid sales and business development experience

In this role, you need to be able to act as a link between us and the importers. And you should be ready to assist them with developing their business, using a coaching approach to indirectly lead their staff. Moreover, you work methodically to improve market presence, and finally, we imagine that you:

 

  • Bring solid sales and business development experience
  • Have vast knowledge about our industry and/or mechanised products addressed to agriculture
  • Are fluent in English
